For service-based projects (web development, consulting, training):
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service delivery
- Partial refunds may be issued based on the extent of services completed
- Full refunds are available for services that have not been initiated
- Custom development projects may have different terms as specified in the project agreement
3. Training & Course Refunds
For training programs and courses:
- Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if the course content does not meet expectations
- Partial refund available if you have completed less than 25% of the course material
- No refund available after completing more than 25% of the course
- All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
4. Consultation Services
For consultation and advisory services:
- Refunds must be requested before the scheduled consultation date
- No refund is available once the consultation has been completed
- Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled time

- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
